The Department of Dermatology was established in 1998 at the opening of the hospital. It currently operates a pediatric dermatology outpatient clinic and a pediatric dermatology ward, with an 8+6 bed configuration. Patients come from all over the country and even overseas, and the department serves as a designated support center for four National Regional Medical Centers (Fujian, Guizhou, Hainan, Shandong), while also assisting the dermatology departments of several provincial-level regional medical centers (such as Inner Mongolia and Anhui). Currently, the department has 19 physicians, including 1 chief physician, 9 deputy chief physicians (including 3 master's supervisors), 5 attending physicians, and 4 resident physicians.
