Professional Affiliations: Chair of the Lymphoma Expert Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), Chair of the Lymphatic and Hematologic Tumor Committee of the Beijing Anti-Cancer Association, Chair of the Lymphoma Committee of the China Association for Promotion of Health Science and Technology, and Standing Committee Member of the Tumor Hematology Committee of the China Anti-Cancer Association, among others. Specialization: Clinical diagnosis, treatment, and translational research of lymphoma. Possesses extensive clinical experience in lymphoma management, with expertise in developing individualized treatment plans for rare and refractory lymphomas by integrating targeted therapy, cellular immunotherapy, and autologous transplantation. Collaborated with the team to establish a clinical research framework for novel lymphoma drugs and a basic translational research system, achieving significant improvements in survival rates and quality of life for lymphoma patients. Has led or participated in over 300 domestic and international clinical registration studies, accounting for more than 75% of China’s lymphoma drug development, with over 80% as principal investigator, providing opportunities for innovative drug clinical trials for patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma. The team facilitated the successful market approval of 31 new anti-lymphoma drugs/new indications, including China’s first domestically developed innovative drug (BTK inhibitor) approved in the United States, the first indications for four domestic PD-1 monoclonal antibodies, CAR-T cell therapy (with two patents for self-developed CAR-T), and the first domestic ADC drug. Basic and Translational Research: Focused on lymphoma, covering pathogenesis, mechanisms of targeted drug resistance, exploration of novel immunotherapy targets, and the construction and application of lymphoma organoids. Achieved notable academic accomplishments, including a Second Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Progress Award. Has led five National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) projects, one project on four major chronic diseases, one sub-project of a major national science and technology program, one key project of the Beijing Natural Science Foundation, and numerous other national and provincial-level research initiatives. Published over 100 papers in top international oncology and hematology journals such as *Lancet Haematology*, *Annals of Oncology*, and *Blood*. Over the years, has led the compilation and annual updates of the CSCO Lymphoma Guidelines, translated three academic monographs as the primary translator, and developed two data set-related standards.
