Led the development of the CSCO Lymphoma Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, built a national multicenter research collaboration network, promoted standardized diagnosis and treatment nationwide, and facilitated the participation of grassroots hospitals in over 30 provinces and cities in standardized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment practices. Led or participated in over 300 domestic and international clinical registration studies cumulatively, accounting for more than 75% of China's lymphoma new drug development, with over 80% of these projects being lead projects. As of 2024, successfully facilitated the approval and market launch of 31 anti-lymphoma new drugs or new indications in China, with clinical trial data included in 5 items of the U.S. NCCN guidelines. Continuously promotes the launch of innovative drugs and optimization of diagnosis and treatment strategies to improve patient survival. Presided over major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, including the 863 and 973 projects. Published over 200 papers as corresponding author in journals such as *Nature Medicine*, *Journal of Hematology & Oncology*, and *Blood*. Awards: Recipient of the 13th WuXi AppTec Life Chemistry Research Award. Awarded the Second Prize of the 2023 Chinese Medical Science and Technology Progress Award as the first completer.
