With over 20 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of melanoma, sarcoma, renal cell carcinoma, and urothelial carcinoma, focusing on the research and clinical translation of innovative oncology drugs. Has facilitated the market approval of 7 anti-tumor drugs and developed 13 innovative treatment regimens. As the lead author, has drafted 3 national guidelines from the National Health Commission and other institutions, revised 2 international guidelines, and delivered 5 invited presentations at oncology conferences in Europe and the United States. Recipient of the first National Clinical Outstanding Youth Project and multiple grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Serves as the Chief Scientist for the Four Major Chronic Diseases Special Project of the National Health Commission and the Principal Investigator of the Research Ward Excellence Clinical Research Program of the Beijing Municipal Health Commission. Selected for the 4th batch of the Beijing Top Talent Program. Holds the positions of Vice Chair of the Melanoma Quality Control Committee of the National Cancer Quality Control Center and Vice Chair of the Melanoma Committee of the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology. Has published over 100 SCI papers in renowned domestic and international journals, including *Journal of Clinical Oncology* and *JAMA Oncology*. Research achievements have been recognized with the Second Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award and the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, among other honors.
