Pioneered specialized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment nationwide, established a model lymphoma diagnosis and treatment center and an autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation center, and has treated over 100,000 patients cumulatively. Led the development of the CSCO Lymphoma Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines, established a national multi-center research collaboration network, promoted standardized diagnosis and treatment nationwide, and facilitated the participation of grassroots hospitals in over 30 provinces and cities in standardized lymphoma diagnosis and treatment practices. Has led/participated in over 300 domestic and international clinical registration studies cumulatively, accounting for more than 75% of China's lymphoma new drug development, with over 80% of these projects being lead projects. As of 2024, has successfully facilitated the domestic approval and marketing of 31 new anti-lymphoma drugs or new indications, with clinical trial data included in 5 items of the U.S. NCCN guidelines. Continuously promotes the launch of innovative drugs and the optimization of diagnosis and treatment strategies to improve patient survival. Has presided over major projects of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the 863 Program, and sub-projects of the 973 Program. Has published over 200 papers as corresponding author in journals such as *Nature Medicine*, *Journal of Hematology & Oncology*, and *Blood*. Awards: Recipient of the 13th WuXi AppTec Life Chemistry Research Award. Awarded the Second Prize of the 2023 Chinese Medical Science and Technology Progress Award as the first completer. Honored with the 13th batch of "Beijing Outstanding Contributors in Science, Technology, and Management Talents." Delegate to the 11th, 12th, 13th, and 14th Party Congresses of Peking University.
