Primarily engaged in pharmacotherapy and comprehensive treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, including chemotherapy, molecular targeted therapy, and biotherapy for advanced esophageal cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer. Specialties: (1) Multidisciplinary and individualized treatment of esophageal and gastric cancers; (2) Monitoring, treatment, and mechanistic research on recurrence, metastasis, and drug resistance of gastrointestinal malignancies; (3) Endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal tumors. Published as first or corresponding author in journals such as *Nature*, *BMJ*, and *Nature Medicine*. Led and participated in research projects including the National Key R&D Program Key Projects, National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Beijing Natural Science Foundation Key Projects.
