Proficient in precise resection of primary and metastatic bone tumors in complex sites such as the extremities, pelvis, and spine, along with precise repair and reconstruction including 3D printing. Routine clinical practice includes tumor-type artificial shoulder, elbow, knee, hip joint replacement, and hemipelvic replacement. In comprehensive treatment, leads a multimodal combination regimen of "surgery + chemotherapy + targeted therapy + immunotherapy" for soft tissue sarcomas, establishing standardized diagnostic and treatment pathways for subtypes such as synovial sarcoma and liposarcoma. As a PI, spearheaded domestic clinical trials for TCR-T cell immunotherapy and EZH2-targeted novel drugs for soft tissue sarcomas, with results presented as oral and poster presentations at the ASCO Annual Meeting. Collaborated with Peking University to first apply microtumor models for primary culture and in vitro drug sensitivity testing of soft tissue sarcomas, published in the authoritative SCI journal *Cell Reports Medicine*.
