Comprehensive surgical treatment primarily based on surgery for malignant tumors of the thoracic surgery department. In addition to routine minimally invasive lung cancer surgery and mediastinal surgery, particularly skilled in various complex surgical treatments for esophageal cancer, such as treatment of high cervical esophageal cancer, salvage esophageal surgery after radical chemoradiotherapy, surgical management of esophageal cancer following gastric cancer surgery, and combined organ resection for esophageal cancer. Main research focus is on comprehensive treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer. Previously studied minimally invasive thoracic tumor surgery at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Duke Medical Center, USA, and the Department of Esophageal Surgery, National Cancer Center, Japan.
