Has been invited multiple times to present and exchange at international academic conferences, including the Asian Clinical Oncology Alliance Congress (FACO 2014), International Gastric Cancer Congress (IGCA 2015, 2017, 2019, 2023), American Society of Clinical Oncology Gastrointestinal Cancers Symposium (ASCO-GI 2020), American Association for Cancer Research Annual Meeting (AACR 2024), Japanese Gastric Cancer Congress (JGCA 2016, 2018, 2023), and Peritoneal Surface Oncology Group International Congress (PSOGI 2024). Well-versed in the latest advancements and international trends in gastrointestinal oncology. Specializes in surgical treatment and perioperative pharmacotherapy for gastrointestinal tumors (including gastric cancer, adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction, colon cancer, rectal cancer, and gastrointestinal stromal tumors GIST). Manages nearly 2,000 outpatient visits annually, with extensive clinical experience. Particularly skilled in minimally invasive surgery for gastrointestinal tumors, with expertise in fine lymph node dissection at various stations, pelvic autonomic nerve preservation, and various modified digestive tract reconstruction techniques. Proficient in the clinical application and evaluation of novel therapies such as chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy. Advocates for individualized treatment plans based on patient staging, classification, and personal conditions to maximize the chance of curative treatment, emphasizing the protection of quality of life and enhancement of patient experience while improving cure rates. Serves as a member of the Committee of Gastric Oncology, China Anti-Cancer Association; Standing Committee Member of the Robotics Branch, China Medical Education Association; Member of the Committee of Integrative Medicine, Chinese Research Hospital Association; and Member of the Digestive System Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Branch, China Geriatric Health Association. Also serves as a lecturer for the "Belt and Road" International Medical Talent Training Alliance under the National Health Commission and for national continuing education programs. Conducts clinical problem-oriented research on gastrointestinal tumor treatment, leading multiple projects including Beijing Talent Development Programs and research and teaching grants from Peking University Cancer Hospital. Has published multiple SCI and core journal articles as first author. Received the First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award (for the project "Creation and Promotion of Precision Diagnosis and Treatment Technology for Gastric Cancer," 2024).
