Chief Physician of Gastrointestinal Surgery, Deputy Director of the Biobank, with long-term engagement in clinical work and related research on gastrointestinal tumors. From 1991 to 2001, studied at Shanghai Medical University (now Fudan University School of Medicine), earning a doctoral degree in Surgery. After graduation, pursued postdoctoral research in oncology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. Joined Peking University Cancer Hospital at the end of 2002 and has been working there since. Currently serves as a member of the Gastric Cancer Professional Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, and Deputy Director of the Clinical Data and Sample Resource Bank Professional Committee of the Chinese Research Hospital Association, among other roles. Published over ten scientific research papers and led four national-level research projects. Served as deputy editor-in-chief of a monograph on biobank management, which is one of the earliest works in the field of biobank management. As a member of the gastrointestinal surgery team, received the First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, the Third Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second Prize of the Huaxia Medical Award.
