**Introduction:** With 37 years of clinical, research, and teaching experience in Otorhinolaryngology, my primary expertise lies in the diagnosis, surgery, and comprehensive treatment of head and neck tumors in the otorhinolaryngology region. I serve as the head of the Head and Neck Tumor Multidisciplinary Team at Nanfang Hospital. I possess a high level of clinical proficiency in the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal and pharyngeal voice disorders, minimally invasive laryngeal surgery, and the surgical management of snoring. **Career History:** I have been engaged in clinical, research, and teaching work in Otorhinolaryngology for 37 years. My main specialization is the diagnosis, surgery, and comprehensive treatment of otorhinolaryngological head and neck tumors, and I am the leader of the Head and Neck Tumor Multidisciplinary Team at Nanfang Hospital. I have a high level of clinical skill in the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal and pharyngeal voice diseases, minimally invasive laryngeal surgery, and the surgical treatment of snoring. **Research Activities:** Research Areas: 1. Clinical and basic research on otorhinolaryngological head and neck tumors. 2. Clinical and basic research on laryngopharyngeal reflux disease. I have led 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and 4 projects funded by Guangdong Provincial Funds. I have supervised over 60 doctoral and master's students, published more than 70 research papers, including over 30 indexed in SCI, with citations exceeding 500 times. In 2017, I received the Third Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award. In 2013, I was awarded the title of Outstanding Doctoral Supervisor in Guangdong Province. **Academic Appointments:** Currently, I serve as a Standing Committee Member of the Otorhinolaryngology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Vice Chairman of the Otorhinolaryngology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, and Vice Chairman of the Otorhinolaryngology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association. I am also an Editorial Board Member for journals including the *Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery*, *Chinese Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery*, and *World Journal of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery*.
