**Introduction:** With 40 years of experience in dermatology clinical practice, teaching, and research, and having served as Director of the Dermatology Department for over 20 years, I have accumulated extensive experience and achieved outstanding results in the diagnosis and treatment of skin and sexually transmitted diseases, as well as in teaching, scientific research, and administrative management. I have been awarded the Second Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, the Second Prize of Guangzhou Science and Technology Progress Award, and the Second Prize of Military Medical Achievements. I have received one collective and one individual Third-Class Merit, and was honored with the title of the First "Good Doctor in Yangcheng." I have supervised 122 graduate students (including 59 doctoral students and 3 postdoctoral fellows). **Research Activities:** I have led 5 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (General Programs), as well as 24 projects including the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the Guangdong Provincial Key Science and Technology Program, and the Guangdong Provincial Key Research Project. I have authored 4 academic monographs and published over 600 academic papers, including 122 SCI-indexed papers (95 as first or corresponding author) and 366 papers in Chinese core journals. From 2013 to 2022, I ranked 27th nationally in the quantitative and qualitative evaluation of papers published in the field of dermatology. In 2022, my team ranked 19th nationally in the Science and Technology Evaluation Metrics (STEM) for dermatology among Chinese hospitals. In 2019, I led my research team to win the "Clinical Photodynamic Therapy Excellence Research Award" at the 17th World Congress of the International Photodynamic Association. **Academic Appointments:** I currently serve as the Immediate Past President of the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Association, Vice President of the Dermatology Branch of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association, Member of the Dermatology and Venereology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association (and Chief Scientist of the Photodynamic Therapy Research Collaboration Group), Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Standing Committee Member of the Dermatology and Venereal Disease Prevention and Control Committee of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the *Journal of Diagnosis and Therapy on Dermatovenereology*, and Editorial Board Member of the *Chinese Journal of Dermatology*, the *Chinese Journal of Dermatovenereology*, and the *Journal of Southern Medical University*.
