Studied in the Department of Hepatology at St. Mary's Hospital Medical School, London, UK from July 1996 to September 1997. Obtained a Doctor of Medicine degree from the First Military Medical University in 1998. Served as Director of Ward 17 at Beijing Xiaotangshan SARS Specialist Hospital from May to July 2003. Deputy Director of the Health Bureau of Yingde City, Guangdong Province (December 2006 to December 2007). Served as the leader of the first Guangdong medical team aiding Hubei in 2020. Served as Vice Chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Hepatology Association (2005–2024); Vice Chairman of the Hepatology Physicians Working Committee of the Guangdong Medical Doctor Association (2015–2022). Engaged in clinical practice, teaching, and research in infectious diseases, hepatology, and liver tumors for 40 years, with extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of viral hepatitis, liver cancer, and other diseases.
