**Introduction:** Studied at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Presbyterian Hospital in the United States. In 2000, initiated comprehensive care for children with hemophilia in China at an early stage. In 2005, as a core member, pioneered the clinical research of unrelated donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for the treatment of thalassemia in China. In 2015, established the South China Pediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia Collaborative Group. Has led 4 provincial and ministerial-level research projects, participated in 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China projects, and published over 20 papers in SCI and core journals as the first author or corresponding author. Has received two Second Prizes of the Military Scientific and Technological Progress Award and one Soong Ching Ling Pediatric Medicine Award. Main research directions include pediatric hematological diseases and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, with expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of childhood leukemia, thalassemia, and bleeding and coagulation disorders. **Research Activities:** Led 2 projects funded by the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, 1 project funded by the Military "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" Youth Fund, and 1 project funded by the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Plan. Participated in 2 projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Received 2 Military Scientific and Technological Progress Awards (as second author and seventh author, respectively).
