Medical Career: With over 27 years of experience in organ transplantation, I specialize in organ transplant surgeries, the rational use of postoperative immunosuppressants, and the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications. After graduating from the First Military Medical University in 1989, I have remained at the university for my career, maintaining a diligent and responsible work attitude, a proper service demeanor, a solid theoretical foundation, and extensive clinical experience. I am proficient in surgical techniques and have participated in over 2,000 kidney transplant surgeries. I was directly involved in the surgery and clinical treatment of Asia's first combined liver, pancreas, and duodenum transplant, as well as multi-organ transplants such as pancreas-kidney and liver-kidney. Research Activities: I have participated in multiple research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Natural Science Foundation of Guangdong Province, and the Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan Project. I have received two second-class and two third-class awards for military medical achievements, one second-class award for military scientific and technological progress, two first-class and two third-class awards for scientific and technological progress in Guangdong Province. I have published 3 SCI papers and over 70 papers in core journals, and contributed to the compilation of one monograph.
