Medical Career: After graduating from the Fourth Military Medical University in 1986, he remained at the university for work. In 1993, after obtaining a master's degree, he was transferred to the Organ Transplantation Department of Nanfang Hospital. In 1999, he was awarded a personal third-class merit once. During his temporary assignment in Hami, Xinjiang, he was rated as an Outstanding Leading Cadre of Hami City and an Outstanding Aid-Xinjiang Cadre for the years 2008 and 2009.
