Graduated from the first six-year medical program of the First Military Medical University. He has been engaged in clinical work, teaching, and scientific research in orthopaedic surgery for nearly 30 years, possessing a solid theoretical foundation in orthopaedics and exquisite surgical techniques. He has profound expertise and has formed technical advantages in the precise repair and functional reconstruction of severe limb trauma, including limb salvage treatment and precise repair for severe limb destruction, treatment of various complex intra-articular fractures and geriatric fractures, management of peripheral nerve injuries and entrapment neuropathies, diagnosis and functional reconstruction of brachial plexus injuries, hand surgery and correction of congenital hand deformities, repair of complex orthopaedic wounds, treatment of refractory bone defects and non-unions, management of infected bone and soft tissue composite defects, and hip-preserving treatment for femoral head necrosis. He has also participated in orthopaedic technique training in countries and regions including Italy, Hungary, and Hong Kong. Each year, he is frequently invited to provinces such as Guangdong, Hainan, Hunan, Jiangxi, and Gansu for consultations and surgeries on difficult cases. He serves annually as a lecturer for national or provincial continuing education programs in trauma orthopaedics, microsurgery, and repair/reconstructive surgery, and undertakes classroom teaching tasks for graduate microsurgery elective courses and clinical programs (eight-year and five-year tracks). **Medical Career:** Engaged in trauma orthopaedics for nearly 30 years. He has authored/co-authored over 10 academic monographs and obtained 2 authorized national patents as the primary inventor. He is a recognized expert in trauma orthopaedics, microsurgery, and repair/reconstructive surgery in China. In 2008, for outstanding performance during the "5.12 Wenchuan Earthquake Relief" efforts, he was awarded a Special Merit Citation by Southern Medical University. He has been repeatedly named an Outstanding Communist Party Member and Advanced Worker by Southern Medical University and Nanfang Hospital. **Research Activities:** Led 3 provincial/ministerial-level research projects, including the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation and Guangdong Province Industry-University-Research projects.
