After graduating from the Fourth Military Medical University in 1986, he remained there to work, successively holding positions as Teaching Assistant and Physician at the Orthopedic Research Institute of Xijing Hospital, Attending Physician at the Orthopedic Center of Wuhan General Hospital of Guangzhou Military Command, Associate Professor, Associate Chief Physician, and Director of Orthopedic Trauma at the Orthopedic Center of Zhujiang Hospital, First Military Medical University, and Professor, Chief Physician, and Deputy Director of Orthopedic Trauma at Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University. He possesses a solid theoretical foundation and comprehensive, precise orthopedic surgical skills, making him a renowned orthopedic expert in China. He has been repeatedly recognized as a university pacesetter, advanced individual, and model Communist Party member. He has received 3 individual third-class merits and was awarded a special merit for earthquake relief by Southern Medical University in 2008.
