Medical Career: Graduated from the Department of Military Medicine at the First Military Medical University in 1984, and has been working in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery at Nanfang Hospital ever since. From 1988 to 1991, obtained a master's degree at the First Military Medical University under the supervision of renowned surgical expert Professor Zhou Zhengduan. Promoted to Associate Professor and Associate Chief Physician in 1995, served as Deputy Director and Party Branch Secretary of the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in 1999, promoted to Professor and Chief Physician in 2002, and appointed as Doctoral Supervisor. Became Director of the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery in 2003. Research: Has undertaken 8 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Key Project Fund.
