Medical Career: Associate Chief Physician, Lecturer, Master of Medicine. Graduated from the First Military Medical University (now Southern Medical University) in 2001 with a Master's degree in Medicine from the seven-year clinical program. Since graduation, has been engaged in clinical and basic research in hematology, with a solid foundation in internal medicine and related basic theories, and strong comprehensive analytical and judgment abilities. Accumulated extensive clinical experience in the management of complications related to chemotherapy and hematopoietic stem cell transplantation for malignant hematological diseases, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of bleeding disorders. Research Experience: Led or participated in 6 national and provincial/ministerial research projects, published over 20 papers, and received one second-class and one third-class award for Scientific and Technological Progress from Guangdong Province.
