Medical Career: Deputy Director of the Department of Hematology, Professor, Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, and Party Branch Secretary of the Department. Graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University in 1983. Previously served as a visiting scholar in Japan and the United States for advanced studies. Engaged in long-term clinical and basic research on hematological diseases, with extensive clinical experience. Research Achievements: Awarded the National Natural Science Foundation of China three times, and received multiple grants from the Guangdong Provincial International Cooperation Project, Guangdong Provincial Social Development Project, Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Guangzhou Science and Technology Plan Key Project, and Provincial Health Department Fund.
