**Medical Career:** Director of the Institute of Hematology, Southern Medical University; Director, Second-Grade Professor, Chief Physician, and Doctoral Supervisor of the Department of Hematology, Nanfang Hospital. Since graduating from university in 1983, he has been consistently engaged in the diagnosis, treatment, and basic research of hematologic malignancies. He served as a visiting researcher at Jichi Medical University in Tokyo, Japan, for one year, conducting research on the molecular biology of leukemia. He possesses profound expertise in the molecular pathogenesis of leukemia, tumor immunotherapy, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation, and the prevention and treatment of infections in immunocompromised populations. **Research Activities:** He has successively led one major national disease research project during the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" period, three projects under the National High Technology Research and Development Program (863 Program), one key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, seven general projects, and over twenty provincial and ministerial-level projects. Related research achievements have earned him two first prizes, five second prizes, and seven third prizes in provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological awards.
