**Medical Career:** Jiang Jianping, male, member of the Communist Party of China, Professor and Chief Physician in the Department of Nephrology. He currently serves as an Editorial Board Member of the Chinese Journal of Medical Practice and a Specially Invited Reviewer for the Chinese Journal of Nephrology. He has comprehensive mastery of the diagnosis and treatment techniques for common diseases, frequently occurring diseases, and diseases related to nephrology within the specialty. He has developed specialized expertise in renal biopsy, liver biopsy in dialysis patients, critical and emergency patient care, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT). His main research direction focuses on the long-term complications of chronic renal failure, with his research on the mechanism of dialysis-related amyloidosis (DRA) reaching an internationally leading level. **Research Activities:** He has received one Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, two First Prizes of the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award, one First Prize of the Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award, and one Second Prize of the Military Science and Technology Progress Award. He was responsible for one research project funded by the Guangdong Provincial Health Department and one multi-center prospective randomized controlled clinical study involving eleven centers.
