Wang Guanghai, Psychotherapist, Researcher, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Developmental Brain Science Laboratory Primarily engaged in the assessment and psychobehavioral treatment of sleep problems, neurodevelopmental disorders, and mental health issues in children and adolescents. He has completed a joint doctoral training program in clinical psychology and pediatric sleep medicine, holds qualifications as a National Level 2 Psychological Counselor, a licensed psychotherapist in healthcare, and is certified in the "gold standard" for autism assessment—ADOS-2. He has received systematic professional training both domestically and internationally, possesses extensive clinical experience, and has an international perspective and cross-cultural service capabilities. Main research directions: Long-term engagement in basic-clinical translational research on children's sleep, mental health, and developmental brain mechanisms. The focus is on utilizing eye-tracking, near-infrared spectroscopy, electroencephalography, and rapid integrated structural-functional-neurometabolic magnetic resonance imaging technologies to explore the impact of sleep as a core lifestyle factor and family rearing environment on children's socio-emotional development, autism, and mental health issues. The goal is to uncover developmental brain mechanisms, identify neural biomarkers, and formulate early prevention and precise intervention strategies. Currently serves as Deputy Director of the Shanghai Key Laboratory of Children's Brain Development, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Brain Science and Brain-Inspired Research Center's Brain Development Platform at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Vice Dean of the School of Mental Health and Clinical Psychology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, Member and Secretary of the Pediatric Group of the Sleep Medicine Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Member of the International Pediatric Sleep Association (IPSA), Member of the Preparatory Committee of the World Sleep Congress (WSS), Peer Reviewer for the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and Peer Reviewer for the Ministry of Education's Science and Technology Progress Award, among other social appointments.
