Member of the National Cleft Lip and Palate Academic Group, Director of the Mother's Smile Action Special Fund, Vice President of the National Cleft Lip and Palate Salon, etc. Has participated in the Smile Action and Smile Train charitable activities for nearly 20 years. Primarily engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital maxillofacial deformities and various pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgical diseases. Annually participates in nearly 200 cases of oral and maxillofacial surgery and cleft lip and palate sequential treatment. Particularly excels in the comprehensive sequential treatment of cleft lip and palate. Main research directions: Treatment of secondary nasal deformities after unilateral cleft lip or cleft lip and palate surgery, establishment of high-throughput diagnostic methods for severe congenital cleft lip and palate, molecular diagnosis and clinical research based on the relationship between human chromosome regional genotypes and the phenotype of velo-cardiofacial syndrome, and clinical diagnosis and treatment methods for Velo-cardiofacial syndrome. Has successively undertaken 7 scientific research projects, including the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission (Advantage Discipline) Construction Project Fund, the Shanghai Municipal Science and Technology Commission Fund, and the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine Fund. Led and received one Clinical Medical Achievement Award from Shanghai Second Medical University, participated in and received one Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award, and one third-class Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award. Edited one monograph and co-edited two. Published 40 papers as first author or corresponding author, with 5 included in SCI. Has supervised a total of 5 master's students. Overseas training: One-year study at Showa University in Japan.
