Chief Physician, Doctoral Supervisor, Academic Leader of Burn and Reconstructive Surgery Specialties: Management of mass and critical burn/trauma injuries; introduction of comfort-oriented and minimally invasive concepts for pediatric burn wound treatment; minimally invasive and precise treatment of pediatric scars. Main Research Directions: Development, mechanistic exploration, and industrial translation of regeneration-inducing biomaterials (tetrahedral framework nucleic acid drug delivery systems for intracellular delivery of various biomaterials to induce regeneration and anti-aging, recombinant human collagen for inducing stem cell differentiation, etc.) and biosynthetic tissue engineering materials (highly biomimetic dermal scaffolds based on a self-developed ultra-high-resolution bioinformatics four-dimensional reconstruction platform providing bionic cues, dendritic tubular soft tissue fillers, etc.). Served as Chief Scientist of the National 14th Five-Year Plan Key R&D Program, Chair of the Burn Surgery Specialty Committee of the Shanghai Medical Association, Vice President of the Burn Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, former Executive Director of the Burn Department at Changhai Hospital, and Deputy Director of the PLA Burn Research Institute. Recipient of one First Prize and two Second Prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and recognized as a Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader (Category A).
