He Shan, Associate Chief Physician, Assistant Director of the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Shanghai Children's Medical Center. She possesses the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities for diseases in the field of otorhinolaryngology, with a research focus on the diagnosis and treatment of persistent and complex obstructive sleep apnea in children. Her sleep team is capable of performing sleep endoscopy for pediatric patients, precisely localizing the site of upper airway obstruction, and providing personalized treatment plans. To date, she has led one provincial-level project, completed one bureau-level project, participated in multiple national and municipal-level projects, and published five SCI papers and over ten Chinese core journal papers as the first author. She has been invited to attend and engage in academic exchanges at events such as the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery Annual Meeting and the International Sleep Conference. She currently serves as a member of the Expert Committee on "Hearing and Related Diseases" of the China Hearing Medicine Development Foundation. Overseas study experience: She previously visited the Cincinnati Children's Hospital in the United States for academic exchange.
