Primarily engaged in the treatment of hearing impairment, ear diseases, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, tumors of the throat and head and neck, infantile laryngeal stridor, laryngeal stenosis, and difficult airways. Particularly skilled in cochlear implant surgery, minimally invasive surgery of the middle ear, adenoids, and tonsils, as well as surgical treatment of tumors of the nasal cavity, sinuses, throat, and head and neck. On average, performs over 50 minimally invasive cochlear implant surgeries, over 60 tympanoplasty and ear, nose, throat, head, and neck tumor and fistula surgeries, and over 300 minimally invasive adenoid and tonsil surgeries annually. Main research directions: Early diagnosis and treatment of congenital hearing loss in children, minimally invasive surgical techniques for pediatric ear, nose, throat, head, and neck tumors, and minimally invasive techniques for pediatric ear endoscopy in middle ear surgery. Research on auditory regeneration based on neural stem cell technology.
