Bao Nan, Chief Physician, Master's Supervisor, Chief Expert in Neurosurgery. He is one of the leading figures in pediatric neurosurgery in China. He holds a leading position domestically in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital pediatric deformities, such as neural tube defects, hydrocephalus, and craniosynostosis. He specializes in complex myelomeningocele, various types of tethered cord syndrome, high-difficulty spinal lipomas, minimally invasive treatment of hydrocephalus, early surgery for craniosynostosis, and early repair of skull defects in children. He is also highly skilled in surgeries for pediatric brain tumors, cerebrovascular malformations, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy.
