In the field of pediatric endocrinology, skilled in diagnosing and treating common and complex endocrine disorders such as childhood obesity and glucose metabolism abnormalities, various types of hypoglycemia, childhood diabetes, thyroid diseases, adrenal diseases, short stature, growth retardation, precocious puberty, and disorders of sexual development, providing precise, systematic, and long-term sustainable management plans for a large number of pediatric patients. In the field of genetic metabolism and rare diseases, dedicated to the early identification, precise diagnosis, and innovative treatment exploration of complex rare genetic diseases and genetic metabolic disorders. Main Research Directions: Focusing on innovative diagnosis and treatment of genetic metabolic diseases and rare diseases, improving early and precise diagnosis, and conducting clinical exploration and research on cutting-edge therapeutic strategies such as gene therapy. Serves as Youth Editorial Board Member of the *Journal of Clinical Pediatrics*, Youth Editorial Board Member of *World Journal of Pediatrics*, and Reviewer for the *Chinese Journal of Pediatrics*. Actively promoting innovation in the treatment model for rare diseases, serving as a principal investigator in multiple international multicenter GCP clinical trials and investigator-initiated clinical studies (IIT), including the world's first gene therapy project for Gaucher disease in children and adolescents.
