Sun Sijuan, Associate Chief Physician Specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common pediatric internal medicine diseases, early identification and precise intervention of acute critical illnesses in children, and long-term follow-up and multi-system functional management of children discharged from the PICU. Currently serves as a member of the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Group of the Shanghai Medical Association, a youth member of the Critical Care Medicine Professional Group of the Chinese Volunteer Association's Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Expert Volunteer Committee, and an instructor for the American Heart Association's Basic and Advanced Life Support programs. Has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Pudong New Area Bureau-level research grants, and has published multiple SCI papers as the first author in journals such as JAHA and PCCM. Main research interests: Clinical phenotypes, immune and metabolic mechanisms of cardiac dysfunction in critically ill children; clinical phenotypes and precise intervention of circulatory failure in children.
