Wang Ying, Chief Physician, Master's Supervisor, Director of the Internal Medicine Teaching and Research Office, and Director of the Standardized Training Base for Pediatric Residents. With 37 years of dedication to pediatric medicine, she has long worked on the front line of pediatric critical and emergency care. She has accumulated extensive clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric sepsis and septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), acute cardiac insufficiency or cardiogenic shock, severe arrhythmias, various types of respiratory failure, and rare critical illnesses. She has achieved particularly high success rates in the management of complex and difficult congenital heart diseases in infants (preoperative), perioperative management of infant living-donor liver transplantation, and rescue of various complications in hematological oncology patients. As the Director of the Internal Medicine Teaching and Research Office, she has personally participated in teaching and training, guided teaching rounds and faculty development, and cultivated a large number of outstanding young physicians. She has received honors such as the Shanghai Health System Advanced Worker, the Shanghai Standardized Training for Residents Excellent Teaching Instructor, the Shanghai Most Beautiful Female Physician Nomination Award, the Outstanding Contribution Critical Care Physician Award, and the 7th China Pediatric Outstanding Contribution Physician. She currently serves as Vice President of the Pediatric Critical Care Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Vice President of the Critical Care Physicians Branch of the Shanghai Medical Doctor Association, Vice Chair of the Pediatric Emergency Committee of the Pediatric Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, Member of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association/Consultant to the Emergency Group (and Head of the Ultrasound Imaging Collaboration Group), Consultant to the Shanghai Pediatrics Association/Honorary Head of the Emergency Group, Head of the Shanghai Specialist Physician Standardized Training Pediatric Critical Care Expert Group, Member of the Shanghai Emergency/ICU Quality Control Center Expert Committee/Head of the Pediatric Group, and Member of the Shanghai Pediatric Clinical Quality Control Center Expert Committee. She also serves on the editorial boards of multiple journals, including the *Chinese Journal of Pediatrics*, *Chinese Journal of Pediatric Emergency Medicine*, *Journal of Clinical Pediatrics*, and *Shanghai Medical Journal*. Overseas Study: She was a visiting scholar in the Department of Critical Care Medicine and the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, USA. Main Research Directions: Her primary research focuses on basic and clinical studies of pediatric sepsis/septic shock, acute respiratory distress syndrome, and nutritional metabolism in critically ill children. She has received awards such as the First Prize of the Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award and the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (as a participant). She has supervised 17 master's students, published over 100 academic papers, and served as deputy editor-in-chief or co-author of 15 monographs and textbooks. She organizes 1-2 national-level continuing education training programs annually.
