Specializes in the diagnosis, evaluation, and individualized treatment of childhood enuresis, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), tic disorders, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, childhood brain developmental disorders, and various other childhood developmental and behavioral issues. Serves as the Deputy Head of the Youth Academic Group of the Chinese Medical Association's Child Health Branch, member of the Brain Science Group, and Deputy Head of the Shanghai Enuresis Expert Collaboration Group. Editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Child Health Care, Journal of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Medical Science), and Journal of Educational Biology. Reviewer for multiple international SCI-indexed journals. International training experience: Selected in 2009 for the Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine's "211 Project" Excellent Doctoral Visiting Scholar Program. From March 2013 to August 2014, served as a visiting scholar at the Children's Hospital of the Medical College of Wisconsin, USA, specializing in clinical developmental and behavioral pediatrics and brain functional imaging of developmental disorders. Also undertook training at Yale University (USA), University of Sydney (Australia), University of Ottawa (Canada), and Aarhus University (Denmark). Main research directions: For many years, focused on the research fields of childhood ADHD, tic disorders, brain developmental disorders, and enuresis. Particularly in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of childhood enuresis, has achieved international standards and enjoys high recognition in China. Has been repeatedly invited by Project HOPE to provide specialized training on enuresis to pediatricians nationwide. For many years, has served as the principal organizer of national-level continuing medical education training courses, including the "Child Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder Training Course" and the "New Advances in Diagnosis and Treatment of Childhood Enuresis Training Course."
