Founder of the Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics Group in China, former Director of the Department of Child Health Care and Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Shanghai Children's Medical Center, and a renowned expert in developmental and behavioral pediatrics in China. With 50 years of extensive clinical experience, he specializes in the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling of children's developmental and behavioral issues or disorders, and actively promotes the integration of medical and educational approaches for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children. Currently serves as Advisor to the Developmental Behavior Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and Standing Editorial Board Member of the core Chinese journal *Journal of Educational Biology*.
