During this period, completed ultrasound screening for 21,869 mouse embryos with congenital heart disease and performed detailed diagnosis of 2,915 affected embryos. Main research directions: Three-dimensional digital pathological study of conotruncal anomalies, investigation of the value of three-dimensional ultrasound in guiding perioperative diagnosis and treatment of conotruncal anomalies, and dynamic three-dimensional modeling of mitral valve apparatus structure and hemodynamics. Also specializes in small animal embryonic cardiac ultrasound techniques.
