Guo Ying, Associate Chief Physician, Doctor of Medicine With over 20 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cardiovascular diseases, she performs more than 300 cases of congenital heart disease diagnosis and interventional therapy annually. She specializes in interventional treatment for congenital heart disease, management of chronic heart failure in cardiomyopathy, and evaluation and treatment of coronary artery lesions in Kawasaki disease. She has extensive clinical expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric cardiovascular conditions such as congenital heart disease, myocarditis, cardiomyopathy, Kawasaki disease, and arrhythmias. Current positions: Interventional mentor for congenital heart disease in the China Cardiovascular Disease Interventional Training Program of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association; member of the Myocardial Disease Collaboration Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; member of the Children's Blood Pressure Health Management Group of the Health Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medical Association. Overseas training: Visiting scholar at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Children's Hospital Los Angeles in the United States. Main research interests: Cardiac catheterization and interventional therapy for congenital heart disease; hybrid therapy (internal medicine) for complex congenital heart disease; evaluation and treatment of coronary artery lesions in Kawasaki disease; and management of chronic heart failure in pediatric cardiomyopathy.
