**Detailed Introduction**
Chief Physician, Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master's Supervisor (Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine), Doctoral Supervisor (Hainan Medical University). Currently serves as Director of the National Center Office, Shanghai Children's Medical Center, affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine.
Major research directions include: surgical treatment of complex congenital heart disease and perioperative neuroprotection, biodegradable magnesium alloy stents for infant congenital airway/vascular conditions, and big data analysis.
Concurrently holds the positions of Standing Committee Member and Secretary-General of the Clinical Standards and Norms Committee for Maternal and Child Health, China Maternal and Child Health Association; Director of the Shanghai Medical Volunteer Alliance; and Adjunct Professor, Department of Medical Education Innovation, University of Ottawa, Canada. Currently serves as a member of the 8th Hainan Provincial Committee and a member of the 8th Sanya Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Previously received the Shanghai Municipal Health and Family Planning Commission Youth May Fourth Medal, the 7th Shanghai Medical Youth Management Top Ten Nomination Award, the "2019 Special Contribution Award" from the 5th Hainan Province "Searching for Good Doctors and Nurses Among the People" large-scale public welfare activity, and the Hainan May First Labor Medal.
Formerly served as President of the Shanghai Children's Medical Center Hainan Hospital (Sanya Maternal and Child Health Hospital). Led the medical team to overcome challenges, pioneering the establishment of an infant congenital heart disease screening and diagnostic system in the Sanya region, continuously improving the hospital's critical care diagnosis and treatment capabilities. The team performed the province's first infant airway stenosis plasty, neonatal arterial switch operation for transposition of the great arteries, and thoracoscopic surgeries for pediatric pulmonary sequestration and congenital pulmonary airway malformation (CPAM), while routinely performing congenital heart disease surgery and interventional procedures. The team also reported the LIR, COL4A3BP, and other mutant genes for the first time in China and established a life support system for premature infants.
Authored 13 SCI-indexed articles and over ten articles in Chinese core journals; led/participated in 11 provincial and ministerial-level research projects; contributed to 4 academic monographs. The research project "Exploration and Breakthrough of Key Surgical Techniques for Congenital Heart Disease Complicated by Tracheal Stenosis" received the 2017 Pudong New Area Science and Technology Award (First Prize), the 2017 National Maternal and Child Health Science and Technology Award (Second Prize), the Huaxia Medical Science and Technology Award (Third Prize), the 2021 Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (Third Prize), and the 2023 Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (First Prize). Performed over a thousand cases of various congenital heart disease surgeries.
As the primary development lead, established the Shanghai Children's Medical Center Congenital Heart Disease Database Project (CHDDP), which was awarded the "HIMSS Asia Pacific Best Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Achievement Award."
