Xu Qinghua, M.D., Ph.D., Associate Chief Physician, Master's Supervisor, and Deputy Director of the Department of Radiation Oncology. Currently serves as a member of the Radiation Therapy Professional Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, a member of the Translational Medicine Professional Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, and a youth committee member of the Radiation Therapy Professional Committee of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association. Has published over 30 articles in journals such as *J Thorac Oncol*, *Int J Cancer*, and *TLCR*. Has been invited to present at conferences including ASTRO, WCLC, CSCO, and CSTRO, with research findings selected for Best of ASTRO and Highlight of ASTRO. Has been repeatedly included in the CSCO Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. Holds 6 authorized national invention patents and has contributed to 5 monographs. Has been awarded the Second Prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Award, the First Prize of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association, and the Third Prize of Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Award.
