Female, born in 1978. Admitted to the five-year clinical medicine program at Shanghai Medical College, Fudan University in 1996. After graduation in 2001, she began working in the Department of Anesthesiology at Huashan Hospital, Fudan University. From 2004 to 2012, she pursued part-time master's and doctoral degrees in Anesthesiology at Fudan University. In 2012, she was selected for the first batch of the Shanghai Young Physician Training Program and won the "First Prize" for outstanding paper at the inaugural Oriental Congress of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine. In 2013, she joined the Department of Anesthesiology at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Tongji University. In 2015, she was selected for Tongji University's "Excellent Physician Plan" and went to the University of Nebraska Medical Center in the United States for further training in medical student education. In 2019, she was included in the "Key Talent Program" of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital. She has been responsible for the pain clinic for six years and painless bronchoscopy diagnosis and treatment for seven years. Currently, she performs over 2,000 thoracic surgeries under anesthesia annually. She currently holds multiple academic positions, including Standing Committee Member of the Anesthesiology Professional Committee of the Shanghai Social Medical Institutions Association, Member of the Youth Committee of the Anesthesiology Branch of the Shanghai Medical Association, and Member of the Anesthesiology Professional Committee of the China Medical Education Association. She has published over 30 articles in domestic and international academic journals such as *Signal Transduct Target Ther* and *J Neuroinflammation*, co-authored three books in Chinese and English, and been granted ten national utility model patents. She has led multiple research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation, and special projects of the Health Commission. Her research focuses on the mechanisms and protective strategies for major organ injury during the perioperative period. She has trained dozens of doctoral students, master's students, undergraduates, and visiting physicians.
