Currently serving as Deputy Director of the Oncology Department at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Deputy Director of the Internal Medicine Teaching and Research Office at Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, Vice Chair of the CSCO Patient Education Committee, Deputy Secretary-General of the CSCO Translational Medicine Committee, Youth Member of the Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the CSCO Immunotherapy Committee, Member of the CSCO Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Committee, and Vice Chair of the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association Youth Council. Long-term engagement in clinical and translational research on early lung cancer screening, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy for lung cancer. Led 3 National Natural Science Foundation projects and over 10 major projects funded by Shenkang, the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, etc. Served as PI or sub-PI in over 20 international and domestic multicenter clinical studies. Edited/translated 7 monographs and obtained 2 patents. Published over 50 papers as first/corresponding (including co-corresponding) author in renowned domestic and international journals. Awarded the National Science and Technology Progress Second Prize, Shanghai Science and Technology Progress First Prize, Shanghai Science and Technology Popularization Second Prize, Shanghai Science Education Innovation Second Prize, and the Shanghai Anti-Cancer Science and Technology First Prize (twice). Received honors such as Shanghai Outstanding Young Physician, Third National Famous Doctor Excellence Award, 2019 and 2020 People's Good Doctor (Lung Cancer Field) Jinshan Camellia Excellence Award, Shanghai May Fourth Youth Medal, and Shanghai Anti-Cancer Association Outstanding Secretary-General.
