Engaged in long-term clinical and basic research on lung cancer, lung transplantation, and medical biomaterials. As the principal investigator, has led projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Distinguished Young Scholars Fund, Excellent Young Scientists Fund, Key R&D Program Youth Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and NSFC General Program. Recognized as a Shanghai "Outstanding Academic Leader" and "Shanghai Young Science and Technology Talent." Recipient of the 2018 San Rafael Award (Spain, first author) and the 2019 Shanghai Medical Science and Technology Youth Award (first author). In recent years, has published over 100 research papers as corresponding author in high-impact journals such as *PNAS*, *Nature Communications*, *Science Advances*, *Advanced Materials*, *Angewandte Chemie International Edition*, *Chem*, and *Matter*.
