Hu Xuefei, a member of the Communist Party of China, serves as a Chief Physician. He has published over 20 papers, including 10 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, and has co-authored or co-translated 5 thoracic surgery textbooks. He has delivered speeches at multiple domestic and international academic conferences, including the Chinese Annual Conference of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery and the European Annual Meeting of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery. In 2008, he received the Saito Sadao Scholarship to study in Japan. He is a member of the European Society of Thoracic Surgeons, a member of the Shanghai Medical Volunteer Alliance, and a council member of the Tongji University Medical and Nursing Union. In 2013, he participated in the Shanghai Municipal Communist Youth League's volunteer program in Xinjiang; in 2019, he took part in the Shanghai medical aid project in Tibet. He has been honored with titles such as Outstanding Volunteer in Shanghai's Health Industry, Outstanding League Cadre in Shanghai's Health Industry, Outstanding Young Volunteer in Shanghai, Post Expert of the Shenkang Development Center, Outstanding Physician Award of Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital, and Best Aid-Tibet Cadre.
