**Education and Professional Experience:** Graduated with a bachelor's degree from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences in 1987, subsequently obtaining a master's degree from Sun Yat-sen University. As one of the first batch of undergraduates retained to establish the independent Emergency Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, I have been working on the front line of emergency clinical care for 25 years. I have served as Secretary of the Emergency Department, Deputy Director in 2005, and Director in 2009, during which I obtained a master's degree in Emergency Medicine. From 2001 to 2002, I was a visiting scholar at the University of Hong Kong, studying under Professors Liu Zhubo and Xie Guangfa of the Cardiovascular Medicine Department at Queen Mary Hospital, focusing on the diagnosis and treatment of high-risk chest pain and cardiovascular interventional techniques. In 2003, during the fight against SARS, I worked on the clinical front line throughout and was awarded Third-Class Merit for SARS prevention by both Guangdong Province and Guangzhou City. In 2003, I also visited the Emergency Department of Stanford University Hospital and the Critical Care Research Institute of the University of Pittsburgh to study standardized training and management in emergency medicine. In 2008, I participated in the Western Support Project of the Ministry of Health's Department of Rural Health as a national expert. In 2009, as Deputy Manager of the Guangzhou Asian Games venues, I successfully completed the training of Asian Games volunteers and the medical treatment work at the venues, receiving commendation from the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee. In 2011, as Deputy Leader of one of the three national medical teams dispatched by the Ministry of Health, I participated in the support work in Bijie and Weining, Guizhou, receiving praise from the Ministry of Health. During the Ministry of Health's major inspection in 2010, the emergency team I led was highly praised: "The Emergency Department has standardized management, and the green channel is reasonably designed and smoothly operated."
