With over a decade of experience in cardiopulmonary and vascular specialties, I have performed tens of thousands of coronary interventional procedures, achieving the highest success rate in both antegrade and retrograde approaches for chronic total occlusions. I serve as a mentor at the Ministry of Health's Cardiovascular Disease Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment Training Base (Coronary Intervention Therapy). I established the Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension Clinic and serve as the head of this subspecialty, concurrently holding the position of director of the Guangdong Provincial Adult Congenital Heart Disease Interventional Diagnosis and Treatment Technology Base. I have achieved multiple "firsts": the first percutaneous atrial septostomy for heart failure; the first biodegradable patent foramen ovale closure; the first biodegradable atrial septal defect closure; the first percutaneous patent foramen ovale suture; the first percutaneous pulmonary artery denervation for pulmonary hypertension; and the first percutaneous pulmonary artery stent implantation. I am the most prolific operator of minimally invasive adult congenital heart disease interventions at our hospital and a core expert member of the Chinese Expert Guidelines and Consensus on Clinical Operation of Biodegradable Patent Foramen Ovale Occluders.
