Since 2004, I have been engaged in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of arrhythmias, holding the qualification for arrhythmia interventional procedures approved by the Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission. The relevant techniques I have mastered include non-invasive electrophysiological studies (transesophageal atrial pacing), intracardiac electrophysiological studies, pacemaker implantation, and catheter radiofrequency ablation for common arrhythmias. I have an in-depth understanding of the management of postoperative complications, parameter setting and optimization, follow-up programming, and detection and handling of device malfunctions for cardiac implantable devices (such as artificial pacemakers, ICDs, CRT-P, CRT-D, and ILRs). My clinical work also includes the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently occurring cardiovascular diseases (such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, valvular heart disease, and heart failure); interpretation of cardiovascular-related clinical examinations and tests (such as electrocardiograms, ambulatory electrocardiograms, ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, echocardiography, coronary CT angiography, and selective coronary angiography); and assessment and management of cardiovascular conditions associated with other specialties and professional diseases (such as preoperative evaluation for surgery).
