As the first author, published the original article "Intense simplified strategy for newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes in patients with severe hyperglycaemia: multicentre, open label, randomised trial" in the *British Medical Journal* (IF 93.6). BMJ. 2024; 387: e080122. This established a new diagnosis and treatment model for type 2 diabetes, which has been cited by the latest Chinese diabetes guidelines. Representative works have been published in renowned academic journals such as the *British Medical Journal*, *Journal of Clinical Endocrinology & Metabolism*, and *Diabetes Research and Clinical Practice*. Contributed to the writing of the "Expert Consensus on Short-term Intensive Insulin Therapy for Reversing Type 2 Diabetes" (Writer) and the "Clinical Expert Consensus on the Assessment and Protection of Pancreatic Beta-cell Function in Type 2 Diabetes".
