In July 1997, I graduated with a bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine from Sun Yat-sen University of Medical Sciences and began working in the Department of Internal Medicine at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, where I have remained to date. I hold a master's degree in Internal Medicine from Sun Yat-sen University and serve as a master's supervisor. I have long been engaged in frontline clinical work in the general respiratory ward, the medical ICU, and the Respiratory Diagnosis and Interventional Therapy Center. From February 2005 to July 2006, I was a visiting scholar at Vanderbilt University in the United States. In 2012, 2016, and 2018, I undertook three short-term study trips to the Thoracic Hospital of the University of Düsseldorf and Heidelberg University in Germany to learn respiratory endoscopy techniques.
