**Education and Professional Experience:** From 1980 to 1985, studied Clinical Medicine (Bachelor's degree) at Suzhou Medical College. After graduation, worked in the Department of Urology at Nanhua Hospital, Affiliated to Nanhua University. In 1988, began studying and working at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Obtained a Master's degree in Urology in 1991 and a Doctorate in Organ Transplant Surgery in 1999. Promoted to Associate Professor in the same year, and to Chief Physician in 2004. In 2000, conducted research in organ transplant immunology at the Novartis Transplant Immunology Research Center, University of Basel, Switzerland. Upon returning to China, dedicated to clinical work and research in kidney transplantation. Served as Deputy Director of the Surgical Laboratory from 2004 to 2009.
