Completed standardized clinical training at the University of Minnesota in the United States and at the earliest established Western hospital in China. Possesses solid clinical skills and extensive experience in disease diagnosis and treatment. The clinical outcomes led by me have been included in the world's most authoritative oncology treatment guidelines (NCCN Guidelines 2022.v2) and English-language monographs. Currently serves as the Executive Director of the Department of Otolaryngology (Nansha Campus) at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, and Deputy Director of the Laryngology Specialty at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. Also holds positions as Deputy Chair of the Head and Neck Tumor Professional Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Grassroots Medical Association, Standing Committee Member of the Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Disease Professional Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Health Management Association, and Member of the Head and Neck Tumor Professional Committee of the Guangdong Provincial Anti-Cancer Association, among others. To date, has published over 30 SCI articles as first author and corresponding author, with a total of more than 1,000 citations. Has received funding from the National Natural Science Foundation of China for both general and youth projects. The research outcomes led by me have been reported in internationally top-ranked journals in the field of head and neck surgery, such as *Head & Neck*, the official journal of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery *Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery*, and the official journal of the American Laryngological Association *The Laryngoscope*, featuring multiple innovative surgical systems that have been highly recognized by international peers.
