**Education and Work Experience:** Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master's Supervisor, Visiting Scholar at Texas A&M University, USA. I obtained my PhD in Otorhinolaryngology (combined Master's and Doctoral program) from the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. During my doctoral studies, I spent one year as a visiting scholar at the Institute for Regenerative Medicine, Texas A&M University, USA. I was honored with the National Doctoral Scholarship, the Outstanding Graduate Student of Guangdong Province, and the Outstanding Doctoral Graduate of Sun Yat-sen University. After completing my PhD, I remained at the hospital and entered the Clinical Postdoctoral Workstation. Since starting my career, I have undergone rigorous standardized clinical training and chief residency training at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University, serving successively as Resident Physician, Attending Physician, and Associate Chief Physician. I have extensive clinical experience in common and frequently occurring diseases of the ear, nose, and throat. My current focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of ear diseases, particularly otoendoscopic and otomicrosurgery. **Research Achievements:** My current research primarily focuses on the pathogenesis and intervention strategies for sensorineural hearing loss. As (co-)first author or corresponding author, I have published nearly 20 papers in journals such as *J Extracell Vesicles*, *Cell Death & Disease* (2 papers), and *Stem Cell Research & Therapy* (2 papers). My work systematically elucidates the immunomodulatory role of extracellular vesicles and the mechanisms underlying changes in the immune microenvironment of deafness, aiming to provide novel therapeutic strategies for hearing loss. I have led 8 research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Youth Program, the Guangdong Provincial Natural Science Foundation General Program (2 projects), the Guangdong Provincial Regional Joint Fund Youth Program, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation General Program, and the "Ke Ling Rising Star" Talent Program of the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University.
